Transportation Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Transportation Analyst to join RXO’s operations team. In this role you will monitor, track and analyze daily shipments and routes, ensuring smooth execution for our carrier network across North America.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and track pickups and deliveries for assigned carriers.
• Notify customers of any deviations from the execution schedule.
• Answer incoming driver and customer calls/emails and address operational needs.
• Contact transportation providers for updates and enter accurate information into the dispatch system.
• Communicate problems to customers or vendors promptly.
• Support equipment administration and operations personnel.
• Validate database accuracy and generate monthly reports.
• Confirm repair invoices and process them in a timely manner.
• Handle ad‑hoc projects, reporting requests, and multi‑account management.
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in ground transportation.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Availability for a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule with rotating weekend shifts.
