Travel Designer

About the role

Nomada Travel is seeking a Travel Designer to join its team in Mexico City. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will craft personalized travel itineraries that match each client’s interests, needs and budget, delivering authentic and memorable journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build customized travel itineraries for individual clients.
• Advise clients on destinations, activities and experiences, answering questions before, during and after travel.
• Manage reservations and coordinate all travel components, including flights, accommodations and activities.
• Confirm and document all travel details accurately and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide guidance and support.
• Collaborate with suppliers and monitor trip logistics to ensure smooth execution.
• Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the planning or travel phases.

Required profile

• Strong travel consulting and management abilities.
• Experience coordinating travel arrangements across flights, lodging and activities.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation with clear communication.
• Ability to work on‑site in Mexico, handling multiple trips and deadlines.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and relevant education in tourism or hospitality.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with travel booking tools.
• Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
