User Experience Designer, Agentic Software Development Life Cycle

About the role

Google is looking for a User Experience Designer to shape AI‑driven, agentic interfaces that adapt to large language model outputs. You will work on web and mobile platforms, turning complex AI concepts into intuitive, user‑friendly experiences for millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in design critiques and present design rationale to cross‑functional teams.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to integrate generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini) into the design workflow.
• Design dynamic, on‑demand UI components that respond to agentic AI outputs.
• Leverage user research and insights to inform design decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with industry‑standard design tools.
• Portfolio showcasing web or mobile design work.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Mexican citizenship as required by local labor law.
