Visual Designer – Production Design

About the role

Wizeline is looking for a Visual Designer specialized in production design to create brand‑aligned visual assets for global marketing initiatives. You will work across digital and print formats, ensuring high‑quality deliverables that follow established design systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce digital and print content such as ads, email graphics, social media assets, presentations, and collateral.
• Apply brand guidelines and design systems to maintain consistency and accessibility.
• Deliver production‑ready assets based on templates, incorporating feedback from senior designers and marketing leads.
• Collaborate with creative leads and offshore teams to manage high‑volume deliverables.

Required profile

• 5–6 years of experience in visual or graphic design within production environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow templates and style guides.
• Basic understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
