Warehouse & Logistics Manager

About the role

The Warehouse & Logistics Manager will lead warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations across multiple facilities and third‑party logistics providers. The role focuses on delivering world‑class service levels, cost efficiency, material availability, and inventory accuracy while driving continuous improvement and automation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead warehouse, receiving, inventory control, and logistics operations across multiple sites and 3PLs.
• Drive cost‑reduction initiatives while maintaining service levels and inventory accuracy.
• Develop and implement warehouse automation, RFID, barcode, traceability, and material‑flow technologies with ROI focus.
• Manage inventory control processes, including physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, adjustments, and root‑cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Quality, Planning, and Finance to ensure material availability and inventory optimization.
• Optimize internal and external logistics, transportation management, and warehouse network performance.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects on material flow, layout, productivity, and waste reduction.
• Manage relationships with 3PLs to improve service, cost performance, and scalability.
• Support JIT, Kanban, and MRP replenishment processes for uninterrupted production.
• Establish and monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy, OTD, fill rate, dock‑to‑stock time, productivity, and cost savings.
• Oversee departmental budgets, expense controls, and strategic cost‑saving initiatives.
• Participate in global supply‑chain and warehouse transformation projects, including automation for material delivery to production lines.
