Wealth Manager - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI assistant models that support finance‑related decision‑making. You will review the AI’s answers, test its reasoning with real‑world scenarios and provide structured feedback to improve accuracy and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses on macro‑economic trends, corporate finance and capital‑markets topics.
• Validate the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your finance expertise.
• Challenge the models with complex, edge‑case scenarios to identify strengths and gaps.
• Provide clear, structured feedback that guides each new model version.
• Evaluate AI‑generated solutions for correctness and performance.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Current, in‑progress or completed Master’s/PhD in a finance‑related field (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work independently as an independent contractor.
