Web Developer / Web Technologist (Mid-Level, WordPress)

About the role

We are looking for a Web Developer / Web Technologist (Web Developer 2) to design, develop and maintain our corporate websites and web applications. The role involves translating business requirements into robust solutions, ensuring site performance, security and stability.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and produce solid solution designs.
• Manage, maintain and support corporate WordPress sites and related web applications.
• Perform plugin updates, security patching and routine maintenance.
• Develop new programs and features to meet evolving business needs.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate them into existing workflows.
• Provide strategic recommendations on upgrades and architectural changes.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and trace root causes.
• Communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional experience with WordPress.
• Strong knowledge of PHP (hands‑on experience preferred).
• Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience configuring Apache or Nginx on Linux servers.
• Familiarity with MySQL or PostgreSQL databases.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical and able to work under strict deadlines.
