Wedding Seller

About the role

As a Wedding Seller you will be the face of Hilton’s wedding portfolio, turning couples' visions into unforgettable celebrations. You will combine hospitality expertise with proactive sales to generate new wedding business and nurture lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and convert new wedding opportunities through prospecting, referrals, inbound inquiries and strategic partnerships.
• Guide couples through the sales journey by understanding their vision, presenting tailored packages, conducting site inspections and delivering personalized proposals.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, track leads and follow‑up using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Collaborate with Weddings, Social Catering, Events, Operations, Revenue and Marketing teams to ensure seamless hand‑over to event execution.
• Achieve individual sales targets, maximize revenue opportunities and contribute to overall hotel performance.
• Represent the Hilton brand at bridal shows, networking events and industry functions.
• Provide responsive, professional support throughout the sales process to build long‑term loyalty.
