About the role

Join a leading global payments company as a Windows Systems Administrator II and help keep critical payment platforms stable, secure, and performant. You will work with a talented Infrastructure Services team to maintain highly available Windows environments that support worldwide commerce.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain resilient Windows infrastructure to meet service‑level commitments for business‑critical payment services.
• Implement proactive security measures, patching, and access‑governance to protect the organization and its clients.
• Identify improvement opportunities, drive automation, and enhance scalability of the platform.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, lead incident recovery, and minimize service disruption.
• Contribute to technology modernization, disaster‑recovery readiness, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Windows systems administration.
• MCSE certification or equivalent.
• Proven ability to analyze technical problems, make sound decisions, and deliver effective solutions.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, security‑focused environment.
