Workday Consultant – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

HR Path is seeking a Workday Consultant to support implementation and client projects across Latin America. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the region, ideally from Mexico, while collaborating with diverse teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consulting and implementation services for Workday solutions.
• Configure and optimize multiple Workday modules.
• Deliver end‑user support and manage support tickets via Jira or similar tools.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders at various levels.
• Participate in implementation projects following established methodologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Workday consultant (implementation or support).
• Hands‑on experience configuring at least two Workday modules.
• Workday certifications in modules such as HCM, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Learning, Benefits, Talent/Performance, Compensation, or Absence Management.
• Fluent English and experience working with LATAM operations.
• Proficiency with ticketing tools like Jira.
