Account Executive – Latin America (Mexico)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Account Executive to lead our commercial expansion across Mexico and the broader Latin American market. You will be one of the first sales hires for an AI‑powered hiring platform, helping enterprise and public‑sector clients accelerate their recruitment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, targeting mid‑market and enterprise accounts.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Conduct consultative discovery calls and product demos focused on solving hiring challenges.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success to drive conversions.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting, and pipeline reporting.
• Identify partnership opportunities and contribute to go‑to‑market strategy for LatAm.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of B2B or SaaS sales experience with full‑cycle closing responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of the Mexican market and broader LatAm business landscape.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience selling to mid‑market and enterprise customers.
• Self‑starter mindset comfortable in an early‑stage, fast‑growing environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
