About the role
ROHA, a global leader in colors and food ingredients, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive sales and grow its presence in the Guadalajara market. The role focuses on strategic sales within the food color and ingredient sector, reporting directly to the Sales Director.
Key responsibilities
- Own strategic and profitable sales targets, meeting monthly and annual goals.
- Develop and execute a business plan to expand ROHA’s footprint in the assigned territory.
- Identify and pursue new prospects while nurturing existing key accounts.
- Manage relationships with brokers, distributors, and any appointed sales representatives.
- Coordinate operational issues with the customer‑care representative for the territory.
- Deliver sales presentations to direct accounts and partner channels.
- Collect competitive intelligence and market data.
- Organise and manage trade shows, presentations, and other marketing events within the territory.
- Uphold ROHA’s culture, core values, and brand image with all stakeholders.
Required profile
- Must be based in Guadalajara, Mexico.
- Professional experience in the food color or ingredient industry.
- Ability to work five days a week and report to the Sales Director.
