About the role
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the Restaurant Manager in delivering the world‑class service Four Seasons is renowned for. Working at the new Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos, you will help create unforgettable dining experiences for guests in a luxury, adventure‑focused setting.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow.
- Supervise and coach front‑of‑house staff to maintain high standards of hospitality.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team on timing, menu changes, and special requests.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls for food and beverage supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a restaurant supervisory or assistant manager role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑centric setting.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
