Auditor – General Audit

About the role

Yazaki is seeking a motivated Auditor to join its General Audit team. The role involves conducting financial, operational, and compliance audits, supporting the implementation of Power BI, and contributing to special projects that improve business efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior auditors and managers in preparing formal audit plans, defining scope, timing, and procedures.
• Develop and execute audit programs to examine financial and operational processes.
• Evaluate compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform special projects aimed at enhancing efficiency, accuracy of financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Maintain detailed working papers, flowcharts, and narratives documenting audit findings.
• Analyze internal controls, business flows, and propose recommendations for improvements.
• Provide support to internal and external auditors as needed.
• Support the rollout of DX/Power BI initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, international business, engineering, or a related field.
• Active CPA or CIA license, or candidate actively pursuing certification.
• 2‑4 years of experience in public accounting, internal audit, or automotive industry audit functions.
• Experience with automotive business norms, lean manufacturing, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.
