Bilingual Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

International Dairy Queen, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital growth agenda for Dairy Queen Mexico. The role will own first‑party online ordering, third‑party delivery platforms, and loyalty initiatives, driving measurable sales, frequency, and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute digital channel growth strategy across online ordering, delivery aggregators, and loyalty programs.
• Own performance metrics such as digital sales mix, conversion, average check, and retention; build dashboards and reporting cadences.
• Lead day‑to‑day digital operations, translating strategy into SOPs, playbooks, and execution standards for internal teams and franchisees.
• Manage third‑party delivery platform relationships, optimizing promotions, profitability, and compliance.
• Develop repeatable, franchise‑ready digital operating models that can scale across Mexico and inform the broader LATAM & Caribbean region.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with IT, Fan Relations, Operations, Brand Marketing, and external partners.
