About the role
PepsiCo is looking for a Brand Designer to join its LATAM Foods design team. The role will focus on creating high‑quality visual solutions for packaging, communications and retail collateral across the region’s food portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Support design capability across category portfolios by delivering consistent, brand‑aligned solutions.
- Organize, design and implement work that meets defined objectives while adhering to brand standards.
- Develop packaging designs, communications assets, retail collateral and artwork updates or revisions.
- Create compelling design solutions across key brand touchpoints and channels.
- Apply strong conceptual thinking and independently execute design projects ensuring creative excellence.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in a design/creative agency or in‑house design studio.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.
- Proven ability to perform design tasks such as sketching, ideation and graphic layout.
- Outstanding portfolio demonstrating graduate‑level design thinking.
- Strong communication skills.
