Brand Lead

About the role

Aeromexico is seeking a strategic and analytical Brand Lead to design, execute, and optimise co‑brand campaign strategies with credit‑card partners. The role focuses on driving growth, acquisition and incremental value for the brand while working in a data‑driven, agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage end‑to‑end co‑brand campaigns with financial partners.
• Coordinate commercial and communication initiatives to align with business objectives.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities through partnership collaborations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Performance, CRM, Product, Legal) and external partners to maximise campaign performance.
• Monitor and optimise KPIs such as CAC, conversion, activation, LTV and ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, growth, performance or commercial partnerships.
• Background in high‑growth environments such as fintech, startups or digital platforms.
• Proven track record executing digital acquisition campaigns, preferably for financial products.
• Experience managing partnership or co‑branding initiatives is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency.
• Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
• Familiarity with data‑visualisation tools (Looker, Tableau or similar).
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Advanced English proficiency.
