Brand Manager – Consumer Products

About the role

Colgate‑Palmolive is seeking a Brand Manager to drive brand and category growth for its Latin America Division. You will identify consumer opportunities and translate them into a 3‑5‑year innovation and communication pipeline, while leading cross‑functional teams for new product development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute consumer‑winning propositions that boost brand/category performance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to launch new products and integrated marketing communications (IMC).
• Design regional go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies, including commercial and consumer guidelines.
• Ensure on‑time regional launches and monitor timelines closely.
• Align Latin America rollouts with divisional and local teams.
• Manage profitability through P&L oversight and budget control.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 6‑12 months experience as an Associate Brand Manager or in a similar role.
• Experience in local business operations and project management.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Google tools.
• Proficiency with Nielsen Advisor / Answers.
• Knowledge of SAP (desirable).
