Catering Supervisor, Lounges – FIFA World Cup 26™

About the role

TKO Group Holdings is seeking a motivated Catering Supervisor to lead the day‑to‑day operations of premium lounges for the FIFA World Cup 26™ hospitality program. You will ensure flawless service for both commercial and invited guests while supporting venue and catering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of premium lounges, maintaining the highest service standards.
• Complete and maintain daily KPI tracking worksheets covering product movement, service metrics, and operational notes.
• Act as the primary on‑floor contact for lounge clients, responding quickly to service needs and escalating issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with catering teams, runners, and back‑of‑house support to mitigate operational challenges.
• Communicate updates, challenges, and insights to the Venue Catering Manager.
• Ensure lounge setups meet premium standards for presentation, cleanliness, and readiness.
• Uphold all venue, tournament, and safety policies throughout operations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in catering or hospitality, preferably in multi‑unit operations and staff leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, Food Service, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Adobe Acrobat.
• Familiarity with Zoom, DocuSign, and Smartsheet.
