Chief of Staff to the CEO

About the Role

As Chief of Staff, you will act as a strategic partner and force multiplier for the CEO, driving execution and ensuring organizational alignment across all key initiatives.

Main Missions

• Strategic Execution: Translate high-level CEO priorities into structured, actionable operational plans and drive them to completion.
• Operational Cadence: Lead leadership meetings, manage OKR tracking, and ensure rigorous follow-up on executive commitments and action items.
• Cross-functional Project Management: Oversee complex projects across departments, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to maintain momentum.
• Executive Support: Manage complex multi-timezone calendars, coordinate global travel logistics, and prepare high-stakes documentation for Board of Directors meetings.
• Performance Monitoring: Act as the "eyes and ears" of the CEO to ensure accountability and transparency throughout the organization.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in a strategic operations, management consulting, or Chief of Staff role within a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional ability to translate vision into concrete results and structured workflows.
• High level of autonomy, accountability, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying organizational friction.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, global environment with flexibility for occasional travel.
