Comprador MRO Junior

About the role

Allegion is looking for a Junior MRO Buyer to manage the procurement of indirect services and materials. The role ensures that all purchases comply with internal policies and support uninterrupted production operations.

Key responsibilities

• Create service purchase orders within five days of request, following regional procedures and corporate policies.
• Maintain open orders in Oracle 11i with accurate delivery dates.
• Reduce the number of orders older than 90 days in the system.
• Oversee receipt and delivery processes on the plant floor.
• Track MX/US GRNI orders to avoid lines exceeding 90 days.
• Assess the need for new suppliers and ensure purchases are made with appropriate vendors.
• Maintain MIN‑MAX stock levels for consumable items using Oracle 11i.
• Support import processes and SBF preparation when required.
• Negotiate payment terms and advance payments, obtaining necessary authorizations.
• Participate in productivity projects related to order placement and material purchasing.
• Execute local purchases with P‑card and manage local movements as needed.

Required profile

• Completed university degree.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes for indirect materials.
• Ability to work with Oracle 11i for order management and inventory control.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
