Concierge Assistant Manager

About the role

The Concierge Assistant Manager will lead the daily operations of the Concierge team at Four Seasons Cabo Del Sol, ensuring guests receive personalized, timely, and luxurious service. Reporting directly to the Guest Experience Manager, this role blends leadership with hands‑on guest interaction in a world‑class resort setting.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support the Concierge team’s daily activities, ensuring proper coverage and adherence to Four Seasons standards.
• Monitor and follow up on guest requests, guaranteeing personalized and consistent responses.
• Conduct monthly benchmark audits and standard testing to maintain service excellence.
• Organize staff training schedules, coach team members, and enforce disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Collaborate with the Guest Experience Manager to align service delivery with property goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Concierge with supervisory or Assistant Manager responsibilities.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Flexible schedule to meet the resort’s operational needs.

Required skills

• English language proficiency.
