Country Manager – Executive Leadership in Mexico

About the role

We are seeking a senior executive to lead our Mexican operations, overseeing full P&L responsibility and driving strategic growth across all business units. The role reports directly to the Regional President and the Global Board of Directors, acting as the primary corporate representative in Mexico.

Key responsibilities

• Own the country’s P&L, set strategic direction, and deliver commercial growth.
• Represent the corporation to government agencies, major industrial partners, and the global headquarters.
• Define organizational structure, corporate governance frameworks, and regional capital allocation.
• Ensure legal compliance and act as the official legal representative of the Mexican entity.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a Country Manager, General Director, or Managing Director for a multinational group operating in Mexico.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with a proven track record of interacting directly with foreign boards and private equity investors.
• Strong background in corporate governance, legal entity administration, and scaling large‑scale market operations.
