Customer Service Representative (Lifestyle)

About the role

Join Michelin's Customer Service team as a Travel Specialist, providing bilingual support for hotel and restaurant inquiries across the Tablet Hotels and MICHELIN Hotel brands. You will be the front‑line ambassador, delivering an exceptional experience that reflects the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients via phone, email and live chat with hotel reservations, recommendations, rate and availability searches, and special requests.
• Provide technical support and gather feedback to continuously improve service quality.
• Act as an ambassador for the Tablet Plus program.
• Handle up to 25% of inquiries related to the MICHELIN Guide restaurant recommendations.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with hotel partners in a high‑volume, collaborative environment.

Required profile

• Fluent oral and written communication in both English and French.
• Customer‑facing experience in travel, hospitality or related luxury sectors.
• Strong desire to resolve client needs quickly and efficiently.
• Availability to work the Thursday‑Monday shift from 12:00 – 21:00.
• Submission of an English résumé.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace or similar cloud‑based document platforms.
• Experience using chat collaboration tools such as Slack alongside email and phone.
