Cybersecurity Governance Analyst

About the role

SailPoint is looking for a Cybersecurity Governance Analyst to strengthen its GRC service. The analyst will help mature the cybersecurity governance program, ensuring policies, standards and procedures align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Document, maintain and assess the effectiveness of cybersecurity policies, standards and procedures.
• Align security documentation with applicable laws, regulations, frameworks and SailPoint’s internal standards.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, IT and Engineering teams to keep documentation current and support overall security strategy.
• Drive timely delivery of GRC team deliverables and coordinate across services.
• Utilize GRC tools to manage policy content and support audit readiness.
• Assist internal and external audit requests and work with compliance teams.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging cybersecurity laws, frameworks and regulations.

Required skills
