Data & Analytics Manager – 12‑month Fixed‑Term (Mexico City)

About the role

LinkedIn is building an in‑house owned media agency to accelerate production speed and operational efficiency. The Data & Analytics Manager will lead performance visibility, insights, and optimisation across Owned channels, working closely with internal stakeholders to turn data into actionable marketing decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting views to track key metrics.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across reporting tools, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Proactively monitor and analyse performance trends, flagging both positive and concerning signals.
• Regularly share performance insights with key stakeholders through dashboards and reports.
• Track, monitor and manage data issues related to Owned tools and platforms.
• Define technical requirements that support automated reporting and analytics initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience delivering data‑driven insights in a marketing or media environment.
• Ability to collaborate with internal partners and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data quality and operational excellence.
