Demand Generation & Events Marketing Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, detail‑obsessed Demand Generation & Events Marketing Coordinator to own our paid digital advertising programs and support our event strategy. You will help drive inbound pipeline growth and ensure flawless execution of our 50+ annual events.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn, including setup, targeting, budgeting and creative rotation.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns weekly to improve CAC, CPL and ROAS, and report funnel metrics.
• Lead planning and execution of smaller trade‑show events, handling logistics, timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate pre‑event promotional activities and maintain event calendars, documentation and post‑event recaps in Asana and Google Drive.
• Partner with Sales and Partnerships to define post‑event lead follow‑up workflows and ensure accurate CRM attribution in HubSpot.
• Track event ROI metrics such as leads captured, meetings booked, pipeline generated and cost‑per‑lead.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of marketing experience at a B2B SaaS or tech company.
• Hands‑on experience managing paid media campaigns on at least two platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and comfortable using Asana or similar project‑management tools.
