About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Demand Generation Manager to own the end‑to‑end B2B pipeline engine for US mid‑market buyers. The role is fully remote and based in Latin America, reporting to Viva’s internal GTM team.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate qualified marketing‑pipeline that sales can close by designing and executing multi‑channel campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, email and content.
  • Collaborate with Sales to define ICP, improve lead quality and track conversion from lead to revenue.
  • Plan, launch and optimise paid media campaigns, manage budgets and bidding while tying performance directly to revenue.
  • Own conversion rate optimisation across landing pages, demo flows and high‑intent pages, using data to fix drop‑offs.
  • Maintain HubSpot for lead capture, routing, attribution and reporting; build automation to keep the demand engine reliable.
  • Track funnel metrics, model pipeline performance and provide regular analytics to leadership.

Required profile

  • 6+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience.
  • Proven track record generating pipeline for US‑based buyers, not just brand awareness.
  • Hands‑on experience running and optimising paid media campaigns.
  • Strong CRO background with measurable improvements.
  • Experience in mid‑market environments and comfortable working as a one‑person or lean team.
  • Based in Latin America.
