About the role
Netflix is seeking a Department Assistant to join its Global Shared Services Center in Mexico. The role provides remote administrative support to executives and teams across multiple time zones, ensuring smooth operations and high productivity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars and schedule internal and external meetings across various time zones.
- Take meeting notes, circulate information, and create slide‑deck presentations using Google Suite.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, process travel and expense reports.
- Handle heavy internal and external communication, drafting documents and correspondence.
- Assist with team projects, events, and off‑site logistics as needed.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience as an assistant (preferred).
- Ability to work discreetly with confidential information.
- Experience collaborating with international teams and managing multiple priorities.
- Strong written communication, organization, and customer‑service skills.
- Self‑motivated, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Slides, Sheets).
