Destination Services Sales Rep

About the role

Join TUI’s Destination Services team in Playa del Carmen as a Sales Representative. You will interact with international guests, understand their holiday needs, and match them with TUI’s online products and services while providing on‑site assistance at airports and hotels.

Key responsibilities

• Meet, advise, and sell travel solutions to English‑ and French‑speaking guests.
• Handle complex guest issues, offering immediate solutions on the spot.
• Participate in product‑knowledge trips, meetings, and both in‑person and online training sessions.
• Track sales targets, monitor guest feedback, and report performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the Destination Services team to ensure consistent service quality across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in Mexico and residency in Playa del Carmen.
• Fluent conversational English and French.
• Strong interpersonal skills, calm under pressure, and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn TUI’s technology platforms and product portfolio.

• Base salary starting at 8,400 MXN gross per month.
• Commission potential averaging $1,500 USD per month.
