Digital Acquisition Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Acquisition Analyst to join our growth team. You will own the end‑to‑end acquisition process, from campaign setup to post‑install analysis, ensuring we attract high‑quality users and keep them engaged with our app.

Key responsibilities

• Run and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and other channels.
• Implement, maintain and troubleshoot tracking pixels (Meta, Google, TikTok) and ensure correct event firing on web and mobile.
• Configure and QA mobile measurement partners such as Adjust, AppsFlyer or Branch.
• Analyze funnel performance, identify drop‑off points and collaborate with product, engineering and creative teams to test improvements.
• Improve app onboarding flows to boost activation rates.
• Build and maintain dashboards reporting CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates and other key metrics.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in digital acquisition, performance marketing or growth.
• Strong understanding of pixel‑based tracking and event‑based attribution.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one MMP (Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch, etc.).
• Ability to analyse conversion funnels and suggest data‑driven improvements.
• Upper‑intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2‑C1).
