Digital Experience Specialist

About the role

WorldStrides is seeking a Digital Experience Specialist to lead the digital presence of its Higher Education division. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you will manage website content, analyze performance data, and drive SEO improvements to turn visitors into explorers.

Key responsibilities

• Update and publish content across Sitecore XM, HubSpot, and Sitecore Content Hub, ensuring brand consistency and accessibility.
• Create and maintain landing pages and microsites that support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Conduct regular audits to fix broken links, outdated information, and publishing errors.
• Monitor site traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics using HubSpot, Google Analytics 4, and BrightEdge.
• Translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations for user flow and content strategy.
• Maintain dashboards, tagging, and event tracking through Google Tag Manager.
• Implement on‑page SEO optimizations, including keyword integration, metadata, redirects, alt text, canonical tags, and structured data.
• Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to test new layouts, calls‑to‑action, and interactive elements.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple digital assets simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting web analytics and SEO data.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
