Director of Construction – Ultra-Luxury Residential Community

About the role

We are seeking a Director of Construction to lead the delivery of ultra‑luxury residential assets within a world‑class master‑planned community on Mexico’s Pacific coast. You will oversee the full construction lifecycle of high‑end villas, branded homes and vertical residences, ensuring the highest standards of quality, design integrity and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of ultra‑luxury residences, villas and vertical residential assets from pre‑construction through handover.
• Manage contractors, consultants, architects, engineers and interior design teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Oversee programme schedules, budgets, quality control, procurement, constructability and project risk.
• Protect design intent and uphold exceptional finish standards expected in an ultra‑luxury environment.
• Coordinate permitting, reporting, stakeholder communication and project governance.
• Drive on‑site execution, problem solving and timely delivery across multiple concurrent projects.

Required profile

• Proven leadership in delivering ultra‑luxury residential, hospitality or destination real‑estate projects.
• Experience overseeing high‑end custom homes, villas, branded residences or luxury vertical developments.
• Ownership‑side, developer or top‑tier contractor experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
