Enterprise Business Development Manager (Chinese)

About the role

We are seeking a driven Enterprise Business Development Manager fluent in Chinese to lead our enterprise sales efforts in Mexico. You will be responsible for expanding our market presence across telecom services, IT products, and ICT integration, working closely with both local and global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and prioritize new business opportunities to grow the Mexican market.
• Achieve sales targets by driving demand and delivering results.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with new and existing customers, conducting needs analysis and managing quotations and tenders.
• Engage senior and mid‑level stakeholders to promote value‑added solutions such as IP‑Transit, A2P services, and mobile data cards.
• Analyze sales trends, new products, and service areas to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with support teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals.
• Coordinate with multiple business units to ensure smooth project execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in IT products, telecom, cable connectivity, IDC, or cloud services.
• Strong customer‑oriented attitude, self‑motivated, detail‑focused and able to work under pressure across time zones.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
