About the role
We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Strategy Officer (Co‑Founder) and EVP of Sales. In this high‑visibility position you will act as the central hub for two senior leaders, ensuring their time is focused on strategic priorities while removing operational bottlenecks across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Attend leadership meetings, capture decisions, synthesize action items and drive follow‑up.
- Manage complex, high‑velocity calendars for the CSO and EVP of Sales.
- Partner with sales leadership to track performance metrics, prepare business reviews and coordinate executive commit calls.
- Design and polish presentations and briefing materials for board meetings, investor relations and strategic partnerships.
- Lead cross‑functional special projects and research assignments.
- Coordinate international travel and execute high‑impact events such as off‑sites, board meetings and departmental sync weeks.
- Handle expense reporting, reimbursements and administrative duties in collaboration with HR and Finance.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C‑suite leaders in a fast‑growing tech environment.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate executive needs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion handling confidential information.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Experience using AI‑enabled tools to automate workflows and draft communications.
