Flow Controller

About the role

The Flow Controller will ensure the timely availability of raw materials and components required for production at our Apodaca facility. Working closely with purchasing, production, logistics and suppliers, you will maintain an efficient material flow to support continuous manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule material requirements based on the production plan.
• Coordinate with suppliers to secure on‑time deliveries in the correct quantities.
• Analyze demand variations and adjust supply plans accordingly.
• Track open orders, delays and potential stock‑out risks.
• Maintain accurate data on lead times, quantities and inventory policies.
• Manage supplier order delays by creating and rescheduling manufacturing and purchase orders.
• Measure supplier service KPIs and drive corrective action plans.
• Handle backlog of orders, stockouts and ensure product availability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Trade, Business Management, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in material supply, inventory management or finished‑product logistics.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Proactive, analytical mindset with strong inter‑departmental collaboration.
