About the role

We are seeking independent business owners from the food, lodging, service, and retail sectors to act as freelance AI trainers. You will evaluate AI-driven commerce tools, audit local search representations, and provide structured feedback to improve AI accuracy for merchant platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Test newly deployed digital merchant features and assess user experience.
• Audit AI‑generated business summaries, search visibility, and mapping integrations for factual accuracy.
• Generate detailed, audit‑ready feedback on platform usability and practical utility for local merchants.
• Identify and document anomalies where AI misinterprets business categories, services, hours, or market nuances.

Required profile

• Active owner, operator, or primary manager of a business in food/beverage, lodging, local service, or retail.
• Possess a verified Google Business Profile for your enterprise.
• Strong analytical communication skills to articulate technical observations and UX friction points.
• Meticulous, detail‑oriented approach to evaluating digital workflows from a merchant perspective.
