About the role
Azurreo is seeking a reliable freelance professional to provide on‑site IT and logistics support at its local office in Mexico City. This on‑demand role involves sporadic assignments scheduled in advance, allowing you to work flexibly while ensuring quick response to operational needs.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with carriers such as DHL and FedEx, maintaining accurate digital inventory records.
- Perform regular inventory checks of office equipment and supplies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for on‑site technical troubleshooting, diagnosing hardware and software issues.
- Liaise with vendors to resolve infrastructure or logistical roadblocks.
Required profile
- Excellent availability and flexibility for pre‑scheduled, sporadic assignments.
- Highly detail‑oriented and proactive in managing tasks from start to finish.
- Basic technical aptitude for office equipment and IT troubleshooting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Prior experience in logistics, administration, or support roles is a plus.
- Must live or be based in close proximity to the Regus Carso office (Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra 301, Torre Sur, Piso 14, Col. Granada, Mexico City).
