FullStack UI Developer

About the role

HCLTech Mexico is looking for a FullStack UI Developer to design, develop, and maintain high‑performance web applications using React.js. You will work within a multicultural team, collaborating with product owners, UX designers, backend engineers, and QA specialists to deliver robust software solutions. The position starts as remote within the Guadalajara area, with a future return‑to‑office model.

Key responsibilities

• Develop responsive, reusable UI components with React.js following modern frontend practices.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements and deliver quality code.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimise performance.
• Follow Agile methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in architecture and coding.

Required profile

• Proven experience in UI development and full‑stack engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot for backend integration.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and transition to an onsite environment.
