About the role

Certiprof is seeking a full‑time Gerente de Convenios Académicos y Alianzas de Formación to lead the creation and management of strategic partnerships with universities, academies, training companies, and corporate learning organisations across Mexico. The role will support Certiprof’s growth strategy by expanding its presence in the education and professional development sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new academic and training partners.
• Negotiate commercial and academic agreements that align with Certiprof’s objectives.
• Maintain and grow long‑term relationships with existing partner accounts.
• Present Certiprof’s certification, digital badge, and upskilling solutions to partners.
• Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure successful implementation of partnership programs.
• Manage partnership pipelines using CRM tools and track performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, account management, or educational consulting.
• Strong background working with universities, academies, or corporate learning environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, International Business or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Experience using productivity and project‑management software.
