Graduate Consultant – Technology & Business Consulting

About the role

Infosys Global Consulting is expanding its Mexico team of new graduates. As a Graduate Consultant you will work on client projects that bridge business and technology, helping organizations achieve measurable value from their investments.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and synthesize data from internal and external sources.
• Structure and perform analyses under the guidance of senior consultants.
• Draw logical insights from complex data sets and challenge hypotheses when needed.
• Participate in client workshops, collaborating with client teams throughout the engagement.
• Support development and implementation of tactical and strategic programs across various industry practices.

Required profile

• Master's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (currently pursuing a Master's is acceptable).
• Located within commuting distance of Mexico City or Monterrey, or willing to relocate.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
