Graphic Designer Specialist

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Graphic Designer Specialist to join its Mexico City team. This hybrid position requires you to work in the office at least three days a week and take full ownership of the brand system, driving its strategic evolution across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce graphics such as brochures, flyers, surveys, presentations, and web graphics.
• Create layouts using desktop publishing software and integrate copy for various marketing materials.
• Proof promotional assets at different stages to ensure specifications and standards are met.
• Provide approved outputs to production, maintaining consistency of finished products.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and share best‑practice feedback with the team.
• Plan content, graphic aspects, and presentation of material, product, or service.
• Follow workflow processes to ensure design consistency.
• Engage clients in discussions about branding, design principles, and timelines.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design skills across multiple mediums (portfolio must be in English).
• Minimum 3 years of brand design experience in an agency, in‑house, or both.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; only English CVs considered.
• Ability to collaborate across marketing, geographical, and organizational boundaries.
