About the role
LEGO is looking for an eCommerce expert to lead its LATAM B2B digital channel. You will shape the online shopper experience across web, mobile, apps and physical locations, driving growth and innovation for strategic customers.
Key responsibilities
- Define and integrate LATAM eCommerce opportunities into Go‑to‑Market and customer business plans.
- Identify emerging digital trends and translate global eCommerce direction into local initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and cross‑functional teams to align strategy and execution.
- Lead digital merchandising for B2B clients and develop joint digital plans with key retailers.
- Manage end‑to‑end Go‑to‑Market projects, ensuring seamless execution across online, mobile, app and store channels.
- Evaluate campaign performance, share insights and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead a team of two, building capability across the LATAM organization.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B eCommerce, preferably in emerging markets.
- Strong understanding of shopper behavior and retail digital landscapes.
- Hands‑on leadership style with a track record of growing digital channels.
- Ability to work closely with sales, digital marketing and trade marketing teams.
