About the role
We are looking for an HR Specialist focused on Personnel Administration to support Bosch Mexico associates and HR Business Partners. The role ensures accurate employee records, compliance with Mexican labor regulations, and smooth HR processes across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain personnel records, employee files, and documentation in line with legal and company requirements.
- Process hiring, transfers, promotions, and separations with attention to detail and timeliness.
- Support recruitment and onboarding by coordinating with hiring managers and new hires.
- Administer employee benefits, compensation structures, and address payroll‑related inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws, social security regulations, and internal HR policies.
- Respond to employee questions on HR policies, procedures, and personnel administration.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners on organizational changes, restructuring, and workforce planning.
- Maintain HR information systems and databases for data accuracy and accessibility.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analytics to aid decision‑making.
- Assist with performance management processes and employee relations as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR personnel administration and general HR processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
- Thorough knowledge of Mexican labor and social security laws.
- Intermediate proficiency in English.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HR software and information systems.
