Human Resources Business Partner – Amazon Logistics

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) supports Amazon Logistics Mexico by partnering with senior leaders to drive the people agenda and manage country‑wide HR projects. The role blends strategic HR planning with hands‑on execution to foster a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a culture steward, applying Amazon Leadership Principles to coaching, performance improvement, and employee development.
• Provide input on organization design, succession planning, and attrition risk assessments.
• Conduct diagnostics on employee relations, workplace trends, and compliance, and partner with management to resolve issues.
• Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and vendor management to ensure a healthy staffing pipeline.
• Facilitate talent discussions, promotions, and development programs across multiple sites.
• Analyze HR data, deliver insights to leaders, and advise on employee life‑cycle processes.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of HR best practices, local employment law, and Amazon Leadership Principles.
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence business decisions.
• Experience managing large‑scale HR projects and organizational change.
• Excellent investigative and diagnostic skills for employee relations matters.
