Indirects Procurement Sr Supervisor

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a senior procurement professional to lead the end‑to‑end sourcing of logistics goods and services in Mexico. The role will manage the full contract lifecycle, drive cost competitiveness, and ensure supplier performance aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support fleet sourcing strategies, lead RFPs, negotiate and implement contracts with local suppliers.
• Manage day‑to‑day supplier relationships, monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in cost, service and quality.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks to ensure operational continuity.
• Execute sourcing initiatives to meet annual productivity targets and uncover total‑cost‑of‑ownership (TCO) and cash‑flow opportunities.
• Contribute to Annual Operating Plan commitments, track performance versus plan and provide variance analysis.
• Collaborate with internal fleet and operations teams to align sourcing activities with business priorities.
• Monitor market trends, supplier capabilities and industry developments to inform sourcing decisions.
• Apply standard sourcing processes and propose efficiency improvements.
• Communicate recommendations and risks to peers and leadership within a matrix organization.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in fleet, procurement or supply chain, preferably within logistics.
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
• Experience leading or participating in transformation projects.
• Proven ability to perform TCO analysis for supplier and sourcing decisions.
• Strong analytical and negotiation capabilities.
• Demonstrated cross‑functional collaboration and influencing without authority.
