Industrial Engineer Manager

About the role

The Senior Industrial Engineer Manager acts as a strategic partner to the Factory Director, driving cost competitiveness and aligning business priorities with key initiatives. This role bridges the site and regional organization, ensuring projects, CAB, productivity, and KPI performance are executed effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑pilot site strategy development with the Plant Director, aligned to regional goals.
• Develop the Business Operating Plan and financial shaping reviews.
• Prepare analysis for capital investment projects, including capacity calculations, what‑if scenarios, and value‑stream mapping.
• Manage the site Capital Appropriations Budget (CAB), including small, minor, and major project bids.
• Standardize CAB management processes and train bid owners.
• Set and monitor site Key Performance Indicators, develop local performance tracking systems, and prepare regional reporting.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives and facilitate training across teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Finance or related field.
• 8+ years of supply‑chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years in a production/planning/engineering management role.
• Experience as part of a factory leadership team.
• Strong business acumen and financial understanding (P&L).
• Proven ability to present recommendations to senior management.
