IT Analyst, Desktop Support

About the role

Amer Sports Mexico is seeking an IT Analyst, Desktop Support to deliver high‑quality technical assistance to employees. You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems for end‑users.
• Implement IT service requests submitted by Amer Sports employees.
• Provide user guidance and training on software applications and hardware usage.
• Identify root causes, document troubleshooting steps, and coordinate ticket resolution.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure Active Directory account compliance.
• Collaborate with the EMEA Service Desk and local IT teams in North America.
• Log and resolve incidents and service requests in line with IT security policies.
• Report recurring issues and escalate problems proactively.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in end‑user IT support.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and independent‑working abilities.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and clear communication skills.

Required skills

• Windows OS support (experience with macOS or Linux is a plus).
• Microsoft Office Suite, Azure Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365.
• Hardware troubleshooting and software installation via command shell or packages.
• Network configuration, protocols, and security fundamentals.
• Remote desktop applications and troubleshooting tools.
• Understanding of ITIL working practices.
• Scripting experience (optional).
