IT Support Specialist – Guadalajara

About the role

Bring IT is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented IT Support Specialist to join its MIS team in Guadalajara. You will be the local point of contact for employee onboarding and off‑boarding, equipment logistics, and SaaS license administration while collaborating with a global IT network.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute all onboarding and off‑boarding activities, including account provisioning in M365, OKTA, and business applications.
• Assign, recover, and track laptops, peripherals, and accessories, managing repairs, replacements, and shipping logistics.
• Monitor SaaS licensing for M365, Zoom, Adobe and other tools, flag renewals, and maintain accurate license records.
• Handle L1/L2 support tickets covering device setup, connectivity issues, video‑conferencing, and system access requests, meeting SLA targets.
• Collaborate with the global IT team on endpoint management projects (Intune, Jamf Pro) and OKTA access workflows, tracking tasks in Microsoft Planner.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or help‑desk roles.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in both Windows and macOS administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Entra).
• Ability to work on‑site in Guadalajara and manage equipment logistics.
• Basic‑intermediate written and spoken English.
