Junior Controller – Automotive Industry

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Controller to join our automotive team. The role focuses on supporting financial control processes, analyzing plant variances, and providing accurate data for decision‑making. The successful candidate will work closely with the Plant Controller and management to improve financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze plant variances and ensure accurate financial recording.
• Support continuous improvement of financial indicators with middle and upper management.
• Provide precise information to the Plant Controller for strategic decisions.
• Prepare and analyze actual vs. budget cost‑center reports.
• Perform expense account reconciliations and clean‑up.
• Track daily CM2% and verify product costing.
• Implement cost‑reduction initiatives and monitor material costs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar controlling role.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of SAP.
• Experience with cost analysis, variance analysis, profit & loss statement analysis, cost‑center reporting, material cost control, and product costing.
